Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as a US Taxation Outsource Service Specialist. This role plays a critical part in ensuring we have strong foundation for exponential growth and excellent service delivery. Our vision is to be in the list of top 5 Tax service providers in US in next 5 years.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and file various federal and state tax returns, including individual, corporate, and partnership returns.
Setup the training process for new recruits at different levels to ensure consistent supply of talent pool and also empower them with sufficient learning so that they are eligible for future growth opportunities arising from rapid expansion.
Communicate effectively with clients and maintain a long term personalized relationship.
Research and analyze complex tax regulations and apply them to client scenarios.
Identify tax planning opportunities and recommend strategies to minimize client tax liabilities.
Stay up-to-date on current tax laws and regulations through ongoing professional development.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Meet deadlines consistently and demonstrate excellent attention to detail

Qualifications:

Long term demonstrated commitment.
Should be having Minimum 1 to 5 years of USA Taxation experience preparing and filing US tax returns for individual, corporate, and partnership clients.
We are not that fussy about educational qualification - Post Graduation is preferred though.
Strong understanding of US tax laws and regulations, including the Internal Revenue Code and relevant state tax codes.
Proficient in tax preparation software (e.g., Intuit ProSeries, Lacerte, CCH Axcess).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
